Complete kit of a crankshaft ET Engineteam. This kit contains 1x crankshaft HK0186, 1x set of connecting rods OM0039, 1x main bearings LH002700, 1x rod bearings LP002800. The distance between the closest edges of a small hole for a piston pin and a big hole for a shaft is 112 mm. This kit is specifically designed for Ford Transit/Tourneo, Peugeot Boxer, Citroën Jumper cars, with 2,2 TDCI/HDI engines. It is to be installed into PUMA engines with codes 4HG, 4HH, 4HJ, CVRA, CVRC, CYFA, DRFA, PGFA.

TIP : This kit contains rods for pistons with compressed height 48,42 mm.

TIP: For connecting rods with a length between closest edges of a big end and a small end being 117 mm, use HK0196. 

This is a genuine crankshaft. It is supplied with drilled holes directly from the manufacturer. These holes were made by tools creating oil galeries which ensure proper lubrication. Holes must be covered by plugs before crankshaft installation. If these holes remain open, the crankshaft will suffer from insufficient lubrication which could result in engine seizure. To avoid this, the installation of cover plugs must be done by a trained professional only. The crankshaft requires installation by qualified personnel in a workshop with adequate experience, knowledge and tools.
